Before Sean joins, Julie and Corey talk about getting uncomfortable within your business by performing the tasks you don’t want to do. They talk about outsourcing and why you should have at least minimal knowledge on everything in your business. Once Sean joins, they get into finding a good accountant and keeping up with the tax laws. They continue the conversation of keeping things in house vs. outsourcing and knowing the value of your time. Sean ends the conversation with some tax advice.
