S03E038 - Julie and Corey start off the show by talking about intrapreneurs and Corey learns what that word actually means. They apologize for the poor sound quality as they were recording in an old studio because of some logistical issues. They cover other “made up” words regarding entrepreneurs and small business owners and other semantics. After the break, Corey gives some updates on the restaurant including hiring and how he enjoys the competition surrounding people getting good shifts. Julie and Corey talk through the conversations with employees or potential employees that help identify who will be an intrapreneur. Julie tells a story of an interview where the interviewee spent an entire 90 minute interview with powdered sugar on her face. They spend the rest of the show really digging into interviews and what it takes to be a good employee.
